Staying at Storey Lake resort guests can easily access all the world-famous attraction parks, restaurants, shopping malls, and more within minutes. The resort is situated on Osceola Parkway and has convenient access to the main Florida highways such as SR 535, I-4, 417, US 192, I-Drive, and Poinciana Blvd. The community offers a great amenity package including a state-of-the-art clubhouse for all the family to enjoy. Guests will find multiple sports courts, a children's playground as well as a resort-style swimming pool with splash park and water slides, an artificial beach, a restaurant and bar, a lazy river, natural trails and conservation areas, and activities such as a mini-golf and kayaking.

This unique townhome is suitable for both family vacations or business scapes, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests in two stories.

At first glance, guests will see an open plan with a fully equipped kitchen along with the living and dining area facing the screened patio with a private pool and lanai. Everything in this spacious area is perfect for entertainment and family time. Additionally, the ground floor features the first bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a shower glass box.

The second floor is composed of the master suite with a KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and double sink. There are two other bedrooms, one with a Full-over-Full bunk bed with Twin Size Trundle, and the other bedroom has a King size bed. Both bedrooms share the third bathroom the is in the hallway along with the washer/dryer area.

White, tans, gray, and black make up most of the color scheme. But the presence of metallic accents and decorative accent walls, shiny tile floors, and counters, also adds character to the décor. This home is inviting and relaxing!

• Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

✦ Age requirement:
You must be 21 or older to book with us.
